Physical SIM Card:

  • Form Factor: A small, removable card that is inserted into a slot in your phone or other device.
  • Switching Devices: To switch to a new device, you need to physically remove the SIM card from your old device and insert it into the new one.
  • Availability: Widely used and supported by most phones and carriers.
  • Multiple SIMs: Some phones offer dual SIM slots, allowing you to use two physical SIM cards simultaneously.

How to Set Up in Android devices:

  • Remove the IC chip part of the SIM Card in the required size. Turn off your device, insert the SIM Card and turn on the device again.
  • Go to the Settings app on your Android phone. Look for and tap on "Network & Internet" or "Connections".
  • Tap on "Mobile network" or "Cellular networks". Tap on "Advanced" (if present), then tap on "Access Point Names" or "APNs".
  • Tap on the "+" or "Add" button. This will open a new form where you can enter the APN details.
  • Enter the required APN settings provided by us. After entering all the required details, tap on the Menu button (usually three dots or lines) and select "Save".
  • Go back to the list of APNs and select the new APN you just created. To ensure the new settings take effect, restart your Android phone.

How to Set Up in iOS devices:

  • Remove the IC chip part of the SIM Card in the required size. Turn off your device, insert the SIM Card and turn on the device again.
  • Connect to the internet via Wi-Fi. Open the URL provided by us in Safari on your iPhone.
  • A prompt will appear asking if you want to allow the download of the profile. Tap "Allow".
  • After the profile is downloaded, you will see a notification that says "Profile Downloaded". Tap on this notification, or go to Settings > General > Profile (or "Profile & Device Management").
  • Tap on the downloaded profile, then tap "Install" in the upper right corner. You may be prompted to enter your passcode. Tap "Install" again if a confirmation message appears. Finally, tap "Done" to complete the installation.
  • To ensure the new settings take effect, restart your iPhone.

eSIM (Embedded SIM):

  • Form Factor: A small chip embedded directly into the device, not removable.
  • Switching Devices: Switching to a new device can be done electronically by activating the eSIM profile on the new device. No physical card needs to be moved.
  • Activation: Activated via software. You typically scan a QR code provided by your carrier or use an app to download the eSIM profile.
  • Flexibility: Allows for easier switching between carriers without needing a new SIM card. Useful for frequent travelers or those who need to switch networks often.

How to Set Up:

  • We will email you an activation URL after your order. Follow the activation URL and select "Issue activation code".
  • Your activation code should be created within 15 minutes.
  • Once it has been successfully created, your activation code will appear at the top of the screen.
  • Press the QR code button and scan QR code from the device you want to install eSIM.
  • After installation, check your connection settings. If using an Android device, you will need to set up the APN manually.
  • Select "Access Point Name" under the eSIM that you have downloaded. Add the eSIM access point name (the APN name) here by tapping the + in the top right of the screen.
  • Enter the APN information provided to the Access Point Name information.
