Due to mobile phone rental regulations in Japan, you will be asked to upload your ID photo if this is your first-time order.
If you are not a resident in Japan, please upload your passport photo. We will deliver the phone to the hotel you stay at.
If you are a resident in Japan, please upload your residence card photo. We will deliver the phone to the address on your residence card.

Steps to Rent and Return
Step1
We accept orders for WiFi, SIM cards, and smartphones online. A credit card is required to place an order. Orders can be placed from overseas, but the delivery address must be within Japan.
Step2
After receiving your order, we will ship the products from our company. The delivery will be handled by the post office or a bike messenger. If the delivery address is a hotel, we will send it to the front desk. If the delivery address is an Airbnb, a signature will be required upon receipt.
Step3
We include a return envelope with the WiFi, SIM cards, and smartphones. Please use this envelope to return the items via any postal mailbox. Returns can be made from any postal mailbox within Japan.
Step4
After we receive the rental items, if there are any additional charges, we will send you a receipt by email.
Earliest delivery date and time by areas and order times. The flat shipping rate includes return shipping.

Our Same-Day delivery allows you to get your rental item easily and quickly if you stay at Tokyo 23 wards.

The network access will not be suspended and threre are no additional charges.

Yes, you can text (SMS) and talk with Talk+Data SIM cards. Calling rates and SMS rates will be charged after you returned the rental item.
We will include a prepaid return envelope for you to return by mail. Please put the envelope into any post box in Japan before 8am the next day of the rental end date.
1. Turn your device off, insert the SIM card and turn the power on again.
2. Set APN (Access Point Name) in your devices as below.
APN Settings of iOS
- 1. Select the "Setting" icon in your device, then select "Cellular".
- 2. Switch "Cellular Data" to ON, and switch "Enable 3G" or "Enable LTE" to ON.
- 3. Select "Cellular Data Network" in the same screen.
- 4. Enter the APN, User Name, Password, and Authentication type provided by us with the SIM card. It is done.
APN Settings of Android
- 1. Select the "Setting" icon in your device.
- 2. Select "More" from "Wireless&Networks", and then select "Mobile networks".
- 3. Select Access Point Names. From the "+" or menu button, select "New APN" and then enter the APN, User Name, Password, and Authentication type provided by us with the SIM card.
- 4. From the menu button, select "Save". Return to APN list screen and select the created APN. It is done.
