3Return by postPut everything in the prepaid return envelope included in the box and drop it in any post box in Japan by 8 AM the day after your rental ends.
4DoneOnce we receive the items, a receipt is emailed to you if there are any additional charges. Nothing else to do.
We provide a prepaid return envelope for mailing the device back. Please place the envelope in any post box in Japan before 8 AM the day after your rental end date.
