We will deliver your rental item within three hours of receiving your order.
If your order is placed after 5:00 PM (JST), we will dispatch it at 9:00 AM the following morning.
If you stay in Setagaya, Koto, Adachi, Edogawa or Ota, an additional fee of 500 JPY will apply.

If your order is placed after 5:00 PM (JST), we will dispatch it at 9:00 AM the following morning.
If your address is not within the Tokyo 23 Wards, we will halt the delivery and send you an email.
If you are staying in an apartment, please be sure to include your room number.
