Easygo Japan, Inc. ("Easygo Japan" or "We") offers you the ability to rent items ("Rental Items" or "Items") subject to the following conditions ("Rental Terms"). If you choose to rent an item through Easygo Japan, you accept the Rental Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of these Rental Terms and the terms of any other agreement between you and Easygo Japan, the terms of these Rental Terms will take precedence and govern.

2. Rental Item
You acknowledge and agree that Easygo Japan reserves the right to limit the number of Rental Items that you may rent at any given time. You may rent Rental Items for the rental periods designated by Easygo Japan ("Rental Periods"). You agree to inspect the Rental Items for integrity upon receipt and to notify us immediately in case a defect is detected.

3. Returning Rental Item
By renting an item through Easygo Japan, you are agreeing to return it on or before the Rental Due Date. "Rental Due Date" is specified in the confirmation email or the rental application form sent by us and may be changed by your extension requests.

4. Extension
You may extend the Rental Period of Items by paying additional extension fees. You are responsible for requesting an extension over the phone or online before the Rental Due Date.

5. Credit Card
You acknowledge and agree that your credit card information will be saved to file for transactions in connection with Rental Items. You won't provide any fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate credit card information. To rent an item, your credit card may not expire earlier than thirty (30) business days after the end of the applicable Rental Period.

6. Care of Rental Item
Rental Items can only be used in a careful and proper manner and shall not be used in any way that is inconsistent with instructions or manuals.

7. Returning the Rental Item
You're solely responsible for being aware of Rental Due Dates. You agree to return each Rental Item by following the procedure designated by Easygo Japan. You're responsible for properly packing each Rental Item to avoid damage during shipping. Any Rental Item that isn't shipped by or on the Rental Due Date will incur late fees as described below.

8. Return and Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you have two (2) calendar days to notify us and return the Rental Item from the date you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. You may return Rental Items before the Rental Due Date but the rental fees are non-refundable after two (2) calendar days from the date you received it.

9. Problems with the Returned Item
You agree that Easygo Japan reserves the right to charge your credit card on file the following amounts if you: return the wrong Item in place of the Rental Item that Easygo Japan asked you to return (a "Wrong Item"); fail to return any Rental Item (including any related supplements that you received); or return the Rental Item after the Rental Due Date (the date of shipping, as evidenced by your postmark or shipping receipt, will be deemed the date of return):
1) If Item isn't returned with all related supplements that you received (if any): the buyout price of the related supplements (calculated as the full purchase price of the item as of the time of rental).
2) If Item isn't returned or Wrong Item returned: the buyout price of the item below.

• WiFi Router: 20,000 JPY/unit
• SIM Card: 3,000 JPY/unit
• Smartphone: 25,000 JPY/unit
• Portable Battery Charger: 2,000 JPY/unit
• Phone Camera Lens: 2,000 JPY/unit
• Portable Coin Holder: 2,000 JPY/unit
• Suica Card: 1,000 JPY/unit
• Charger Adapter: 1000 JPY/unit
• Charger Cable: 500 JPY/unit

3) If Item is overdue: Late fees in an amount equal to the number of days after the Rental Due Date that the Item is returned times the Daily Late Fee. The "Daily Late Fee" is 650 JPY.

10. Indemnification and Liability
You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Easygo Japan from and against any claim, demand, cause of action, loss or liability (including attorney fees and expenses of litigation) for any property damage or personal injury arising from your use of Rental Items by any cause, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYGO JAPAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF RENTAL ITEMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS PROFITS AND LOSS REVENUE, EVEN IF INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction
The Rental Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive primary jurisdiction with respect to all disputes arising with respect thereto.
