Rental fees: 690 JPY/day (1-9 days), 640 JPY/day (10-18 days), 12,120 JPY flat for the monthly plan (19-29 days), 404 JPY/day (30 days or more). The minimum rental period is 3 days. Calling rates and SMS rates are charged separately after your rental ends.
Note: Earliest Delivery Time for Each Area in Japan Same-Day Delivery Areas: Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, and Yamanashi. Our cut-off time for Same-Day Delivery is 11am (JST) for Tokyo 23 wards and 8am (JST) for other areas. Please put the prepaid return envelope into any post box in Japan before 8am the day after your Rental End Date.
Note: Earliest Delivery Time for Each Area in Japan If you are staying in an apartment, please be sure to include your room number. If your selected Delivery Date & Time are not eligible for the earliest delivery time, we will stop delivery and send you a message to your email address.
Identity verification not completed yet
Japanese law requires us to verify the identity of every mobile phone renter. The whole check is done online — there is no need to upload photos of your documents to this form.
You can place your order without doing this now. If you skip it, we will e-mail you a verification link after your order and complete the check before your phone is shipped.
Note: Please have your passport ready. A smartphone with a camera makes the check quickest. Note: Your phone cannot be shipped until the identity verification is complete.
