When will my order arrive?
- Domestic Shipping:We will deliver your order to anywhere in Japan within 2 or 3 days.
- International Shipping:We will deliver your order within 4 to 9 days.
How can I receive my order?
- Domestic Shipping:Your order must be received by someone in person. Your hotel's staff, the residents at the delivery address or yourself can receive your order.
- International Shipping:We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for our international shippings. Your order will be delivered by the post office of your country.
